About this fabric

Made from 90% polyester and 10% cotton, this 138cm-wide faux suede has an even plain face with subtle tonal variation across the charcoal shade. The fine nap creates a gentle change between softer and darker grey, rather than a pronounced pattern or sheen. Rated for contract and domestic upholstery, it is suitable for seating and other upholstered applications where this dark neutral can provide a strong, quiet ground. Professional aftercare is specified, and the fabric has contract flame retardancy.

How to use it

Use this charcoal grey on a sofa, armchair or dining seat to anchor pale timber, stone and warm metallic finishes. Its muted, smooth surface also works well with textured bouclé, linen-look weaves and softly coloured cushions.
