About this fabric

Woven in chenille, ELB3541 combines 94% polyester with 6% acrylic and has a 138cm width. The small-scale surface is made up of compact, uneven loops and flecks, creating subtle variation between silvery grey highlights and deeper blue-grey shadows as the pile catches the light. It is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery, making this robust-looking colourway a practical choice for seating. ELB3541 is machine washable and has Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® flame retardancy; it can also be treated to contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cool blue-grey on a sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its softly textured surface can add depth without introducing a strong pattern. Pair it with pale timber, chalky neutrals and muted blue-green accents to bring out the shade’s restrained coastal undertone.

A cool blue-grey chenille with a softly mottled, tactile weave for upholstered seating in both contemporary and classic rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
