About this fabric

Woven from 94% polyester and 6% acrylic, this 138cm-wide chenille has a dense, raised texture that is clearly visible across the swatch. The colour reads as deep blue rather than bright navy, with small pale blue-grey and teal flecks catching across the rounded chenille surface. ELB3539 is graded for contract and domestic upholstery, making this substantial-looking colourway suitable for seating applications. It is machine washable and carries Domestic Cig & Match GreenFRĀ®, with treatment available to contract grade.

How to use it

Pair this cool, deep blue colourway with pale oak, charcoal or brushed metal for a smart contemporary scheme. Its flecked surface can add quiet depth to a sofa, headboard or upholstered dining chair without introducing a strong graphic pattern.

Use this deep blue, subtly flecked chenille to bring tailored depth to sofas, dining seats or occasional chairs.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
