About this fabric

This 100% polyester chenille has a muted, cool-leaning mauve tone, with mustard stripes adding a sharper thread of warmth through the design. Darker plum and wine-coloured vertical bands sit within the weave, giving the otherwise softened palette extra depth. At 138cm wide, it is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery. The fabric is machine washable and is suitable for Domestic Cig & Match, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use LAN1612 on a tailored armchair, dining seat or compact sofa where its dusty mauve base can soften the room without becoming pastel. Echo the mustard stripes with aged brass, ochre accessories or warm timber, while plum accents will draw out the darker woven lines.

The muted mauve ground and mustard-gold stripes bring quietly distinctive colour to upholstered seating.
