NUO2059 is a richly mottled mauve-plum chenille with a softly brushed surface and cloudy tonal variation. Its deep purple colouring shifts subtly between dusty rose and darker plum across the face of the cloth.

About this fabric

The irregular, shadowed texture gives this colourway a plush, almost velvet-like depth without a printed motif. Woven in 100% polyester, the 138cm-wide chenille is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable, making the tactile finish practical as well as decorative. Flame retardancy is Domestic Cig & Match, with the fabric able to be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Pair the muted mauve-plum tone with warm taupe, walnut and aged brass for a cocooning scheme, or set it against pale plaster and soft grey for a cooler contrast. Its tonal surface works especially well on a statement armchair, headboard or generously shaped sofa.

Use this deep mauve-plum chenille to bring softly tactile colour and tonal depth to upholstered seating.
