About this fabric

This fabric from Fryett's Fabrics’ Alchemy collection is a 56% cotton, 44% polyester cloth with a 140cm width and a plain repeat of 0cm. The visible surface has a dry, woven texture that gives the stripe definition and a lightly tactile finish. Its mauve shade sits in a low-saturation plum range, so it feels richer than pink but softer than a deep purple. The slender vertical lines bring a subtle sense of order and suit schemes that need colour with restraint rather than high drama.

How to use it

Use Troodos Mauve on an accent chair, ottoman or tailored cushions where the slim stripe can add quiet structure. It pairs well with warm timber, soft taupe and aged brass, letting the muted plum tone stay elegant rather than heavy.
