About this fabric

This plain from the Carrera collection reads as a muted mauve plum, with warmer berry notes shifting through the weave and darker shadowing across the surface. The texture visible in the swatch is finely pebbled and slightly heathered, which helps the colour feel rich rather than flat. Made from 100% polyester, this contract fabric is rated to 80,000 Martindale, making it a practical choice for demanding seating schemes. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available on request, and can be professionally cleaned in situ or washed at 40℃ as advised.

How to use it

Use this shade on smart banquettes, lounge chairs or feature cushions where a deeper mauve tone can add warmth without feeling bright. It pairs well with smoke grey, walnut and softened brass, letting the fabric's plum undertone stay elegant and grounded.
