About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille has a close, nubby texture with subtle shifts between charcoal, graphite and softer grey. The restrained colour and small-scale surface variation give it a smart, understated presence rather than a flat black appearance. It is graded for domestic upholstery and is machine washable for practical everyday use. Flame retardancy is Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR®, with treatment available to achieve contract grade.

How to use it

Use this charcoal-grey colourway to anchor a sofa, dining chair or headboard, especially alongside pale timber, warm stone and muted blue-grey accents. Its softly flecked surface adds depth to simple contemporary forms without introducing a strong pattern.
