About this fabric

This colourway of Katrine FR is made from 100% polyester and comes 140cm wide, with a 35cm vertical repeat and 34.5cm horizontal repeat. The check reads as a saturated carmine red, cut through with olive, moss and brownish accents that soften the overall contrast. The weave has a grounded, fabric-first look that keeps the plaid feeling substantial and tactile on close view. With no performance features noted, it is a straightforward decorative textile that still feels strong enough in character for upholstery-led schemes. The plaid scale is generous, so the pattern holds its presence across larger pieces without losing its cosy, country-house mood.

How to use it

Use this deep red check on a club chair, window seat or ottoman where the carmine and olive tones can bring warmth to darker timber and leather. It also works well with tan, aged brass and deep green accents for a traditional layered room.
