About this fabric

This fabric shows an all-over floral motif with pale, textured blossoms scattered across a muted taupe-brown ground, lifted by tiny plum accents at the centre of each flower. The surface reads softly striated and slightly slubbed, which suits the supplied composition of 64% Poly, 33.5% Vis and 2.5% Linen. At 140cm wide with a 46cm pattern repeat, it offers enough scale for statement upholstery or fuller soft furnishing projects. The colourway feels more muted and dusky than fresh, with the cream pattern sitting comfortably against the heathered ground rather than high contrast.

How to use it

Use Elena Heather to bring warmth to a period-style armchair, footstool, or occasional curtains where the taupe ground and plum flecks can add depth without shouting. It works especially well with aged brass, walnut, and soft mushroom neutrals.

A softly aged taupe ground with cream blossoms and plum centres for an elegant, lived-in finish.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Elena Heather without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
