Ladywell Silver

Misc Fabric

Ladywell Silver shows a classic damask pattern in softly contrasting silver-grey tones. The motif reads elegant and orderly, with a gently aged look that keeps the design from feeling too stark.

About this fabric

This fabric is supplied in a 140cm width and has a pattern repeat of 39.5cm vertically and 35cm horizontally, which gives the large damask a clear, repeatable rhythm across upholstery or curtains. The composition of 50% Poly, 43% Cot and 7% Linen suggests a practical cloth with a natural-looking surface, and the visible texture supports that impression with a slightly dry, woven finish rather than a glossy sheen. In this colourway, the ground sits in a mid grey while the raised motif appears paler and more silver, so the pattern has definition without high contrast. The overall effect is cool, tailored and traditional, with enough softness in the tone to sit comfortably in a lived-in interior.

How to use it

Use Ladywell Silver on a statement armchair, dining chairs or interlined drapery where the pale damask can catch the light. It pairs especially well with charcoal, putty and aged mirror finishes for a composed, understated scheme.

A smart silver damask that brings quiet sheen and structure to a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
