About this fabric

This colourway shows a small repeating check, built from looped, textured squares set across a pale neutral base. The ochre notes are softened rather than bright, while the green accents lean muted and earthy, giving the pattern a calm, sun-warmed feel. With a width of 145cm and a repeat of 3.5cm, it is easy to plan for upholstery pieces or lighter furnishing applications. The composition of 20% cotton and 80% recycled polyester gives the cloth a practical mixed-fibre handle, and the visible texture adds extra depth to the surface. Care instruction 1<NQT is supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Monsoon Ochre to bring a cheerful but understated accent to upholstery, especially on compact chairs, benches or cushions. It works well with oak, rattan and chalky neutrals, where the ochre and olive squares can add warmth without overpowering the room.

A softly textured ochre check that brings warmth without feeling heavy.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Monsoon Ochre without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
