Verona Rosso

Misc Fabric

Verona Rosso brings a warm terracotta-red accent to this scrolling floral design, set against a soft cream ground with muted blue-grey and gold outlines. The repeated motif feels decorative but not heavy, with a gentle aged finish in the weave and print.

About this fabric

Woven in 85% polyester and 15% viscose, Verona Rosso has a practical mid-weight handle that suits both upholstery and drapery projects. The design reads as a stylised floral or paisley-inspired scroll, with coral-red teardrop forms set into pale cream ground tones and traced by fine gold and grey lines. Soft blue-grey motifs add contrast without cooling the overall palette, so the fabric stays warm and welcoming rather than bright. At 143cm wide with a 26cm vertical and 17.5cm horizontal repeat, it is a measured pattern that works well across larger pieces and lined window treatments. Care code NQT1< is supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Verona Rosso to introduce colour on a classic armchair, banquette or pair of curtains where the terracotta notes can sit comfortably beside oak, aged brass or weathered walnut. The cream ground helps it lift in a room, while the muted red keeps the look refined rather than loud.

Pair with quiet neutrals or deep olive for a polished, heritage feel.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
