About this fabric

Woven in 88% polyester, 8% cotton and 4% linen, Kotomi Grey has a practical blended handle with the look of a slubbed textile. The 137cm width makes it straightforward for upholstery projects, while the 31cm pattern repeat gives the surface its regular vertical rhythm. Visually, the colourway mixes pale stone-grey highlights with deeper charcoal threads, creating a weathered, marled finish rather than a flat solid. The texture reads slightly rugged and tailored, which suits pieces where you want pattern and depth without high contrast. Care instructions are marked NQT1<.

How to use it

Use Kotomi Grey on an armchair, banquette or footstool to bring subtle structure to a room. Its cool marled grey works especially well with pale oak, black accents and soft white paint.

A versatile grey weave that adds texture without overpowering a scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
