About this fabric

Part of Porter & Stone’s Shimmer FR collection, this fabric is composed of 95% polyester and 5% lurex and has a width of 140cm with no pattern repeat. The design reads as a compact lattice of jewel-like shapes, where the teal ground feels cool and grounded against the metallic tan-copper outline. The lurex gives the surface a fine, reflective glint rather than a heavy sparkle, so the overall effect stays neat and tailored. Its scale and clear geometric order make it feel especially controlled and contemporary.

How to use it

Use this teal colourway on a statement occasional chair, ottoman, or tailored curtains where the metallic trace can catch the light. It works well with brass, smoked wood, and deep neutrals for a more refined finish.

Pair with warm metallics or walnut for a polished, textural scheme.
