About this fabric

This plain velvet is made from 100% recycled polyester and comes at 140cm wide, with no pattern repeat, making the colour and handle the focus of the design. In this Kingfisher colourway, the pile appears dark and inky at first glance, then opens into a clearer blue-green sheen as the light moves across it. The finish feels plush and tailored rather than shiny, giving the surface a refined depth. Care code NQT1< is supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this deep teal on a statement chair, ottoman or headboard where its plush pile can catch the light. It also works beautifully against pale plaster, oak and aged brass for a crisp, modern contrast.

Pair with walnut, brass and soft neutrals for a rich, tailored finish.
