San Sebastian Seafoam

What's New Fabric

San Sebastian Seafoam is a softly layered botanical fabric with a fine, leafy pattern that reads as calm and lightly weathered. Its seafoam ground gives the design a cool, airy character with muted blue-green depth.

About this fabric

Woven in a 145cm width and composed of 54% viscose, 26% cotton and 20% polyester, San Sebastian Seafoam has a balanced handle suited to either curtains or light upholstery use. The 18cm vertical and 17.5cm horizontal repeat gives the small-scale leaf motif a steady, all-over rhythm without feeling busy. In this colourway, the seafoam ground is washed with pale sage, misty grey and soft aqua notes, so the pattern feels fresh rather than bright. The textured surface catches the light gently, letting the leaf forms blend and emerge as the fabric moves across the room.

How to use it

Use it on an accent chair, blind or relaxed curtain where its cool green tones can sit against white paintwork, weathered timber and linen. It works especially well in rooms that need a quiet botanical layer without strong contrast.

Layer with pale oak and chalky neutrals for a fresh, quietly textured finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
