Tigris Emerald/Blue is a tightly repeated geometric fabric in cool blue and emerald tones, with small cream and ochre details bringing warmth to the design. The close-set motifs create a lively, finely patterned surface across the swatch.

About this fabric

The pattern is formed from rows of small, elongated ogee and diamond-like shapes, with emerald and blue centres framed by pale cream and muted ochre accents. Its 82% viscose and 18% linen composition gives the surface a softly textured textile appearance, while the 17 cm vertical and 7.2 cm horizontal pattern repeats keep the scale neat and consistent. At 137 cm wide and rated to 20,000 Martindale rubs, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The cool blue-green ground reads fresh and composed, while the ochre notes stop the colourway from feeling overly cold.

How to use it

Use the blue-green depth on a tailored armchair or upholstered headboard, then echo the small ochre accents in a cushion, trim or warm timber finish. Its compact repeat also works neatly on curtains or a bedspread without overwhelming a room.
