About this fabric

Fine vertical bands alternate cool teal and warm spice, each filled with a tightly repeated zigzag or wriggle line on a pale cream ground. The narrow stripes create a crisp directional effect, while the softly textured surface tempers the contrast between the two colours. Woven from 82% viscose and 18% linen, the fabric is 137 cm wide and has a 21 cm vertical pattern repeat with a 15 cm horizontal repeat. It is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; care is professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use the cool teal stripes to settle a pale or blue-toned room, while the spice lines introduce a restrained terracotta warmth. The vertical rhythm would suit a tailored chair, a relaxed blind or curtains, and the matching bedspread application allows the pattern to travel through a scheme.
