Compton Indigo/Red presents a finely ordered vertical stripe in dusty indigo, warm red and a softly aged cream ground. Small geometric and floral-style motifs run within the stripes, giving the design a detailed, collected character.

About this fabric

The cool, slightly softened indigo contrasts with muted red accents rather than a bright scarlet, while the cream ground keeps the overall effect light and balanced. The narrow vertical bands contain repeating diamonds, dots and delicate ornamental details, creating rhythm across the 136 cm width. Made from 90% cotton and 10% linen, the fabric has a natural textile appearance and a 36 cm vertical pattern repeat with a 17 cm horizontal repeat. It is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; care instructions are professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use this colourway to bring gentle blue depth and restrained red warmth to a traditional or relaxed room, particularly on striped curtains, a loose-covered chair or a coordinated bedspread. Pair it with chalky creams, aged timber and muted blue accents to echo the softened tones visible in the design.
