Potato Print Sage brings a softly faded geometric pattern to a warm cream ground, combining sage leaves with pale blue, ochre, blush and taupe motifs. Its low-contrast palette gives the design a calm, lightly vintage character.

About this fabric

The design is made up of compact graphic shapes, including stylised leaves, diamonds, arches, crosses and small abstract forms arranged in neat horizontal bands. Sage green is the leading accent, supported by muted ochre, powder blue, dusty blush and taupe against the creamy background; the colours read softly rather than brightly. Composed of 82% viscose and 18% linen, the 137 cm wide fabric has a 43 cm vertical repeat and a 34 cm horizontal repeat. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads, with professional dry cleaning required.

How to use it

Use the sage and cream combination on a relaxed armchair, headboard or upholstered bench, then pick up the pale blue and ochre accents in plain cushions or painted furniture. The orderly repeat also works well as full curtains or a tailored bedspread where its gentle multicolour rhythm can be appreciated.
