Clarendon Small Check Multi is a tightly arranged woven check with an ivory ground and small blocks of ochre, burgundy, olive, brown and charcoal. Its varied colour balance gives the pattern a quietly graphic look with a warm, collected depth.

About this fabric

The small check is formed from regularly spaced squares, while the muted ochre, wine-red, olive and earthy brown accents sit against pale ivory and charcoal tones. At 135 cm (53.04") wide, the fabric has an 8 cm (3.14") vertical pattern repeat and a 16.5 cm (6.48") horizontal repeat. Its composition is 48% Cotton and 52% Bemberg, and the supplied usage includes curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Care is professional dry cleaning only: do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use the warm ochre and burgundy notes to bring character to a reading chair or compact sofa, then repeat the olive and ivory tones in curtains or a bedspread for a considered, layered scheme.
