Victoria Plaid Quartz combines a softly weathered quartz ground with closely drawn plaid lines in muted teal, red, olive and brown. The woven surface gives the checks a gently softened, tactile appearance rather than a stark graphic finish.

About this fabric

This medium-scale plaid is woven from 50% Merino Wool and 50% Wool, giving the design a substantial textile character suited to both furnishing and window treatments. Its 149 cm width and 18 cm vertical by 16.5 cm horizontal pattern repeat create a balanced check for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The cool teal threads bring restrained colour through the warm stone and taupe base, while burgundy-red and olive lines add depth without making the colourway feel bright. Professional dry cleaning is required; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use the muted quartz ground to soften a tailored armchair, sofa or headboard, then echo the fine teal lines with painted cabinetry or cushions. It also brings a quiet, layered check to full-length curtains and coordinated bedspreads.
