Victoria Plaid Soft Jade combines a muted jade-green ground with warm taupe and fine brown, charcoal and rust-red lines. Its closely woven surface gives the plaid a softly layered, tactile appearance.

About this fabric

The design is a medium-scale plaid, with the supplied pattern repeat measuring 18 cm vertically by 16.5 cm horizontally. Soft jade and pale taupe dominate the ground, while closely spaced charcoal, brown and occasional muted red lines build the checked structure. Woven from 50% wool and 50% Merino wool, the fabric has a substantial, gently textured look visible in the swatch. At 149 cm wide, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use this cool, softened jade colourway to bring restrained colour to a reading-room chair, tailored sofa or relaxed bedspread, pairing it with warm timber and pale taupe walls. Its balanced plaid also makes composed curtains without overpowering a room.
