Stanton Linen Leaf is a softly muted yellow-green linen with a quiet, naturally irregular surface. The close weave catches the light in fine vertical and horizontal variations, giving the plain cloth gentle depth.

About this fabric

Woven from 100% linen, this 140cm-wide fabric has a warm leaf-yellow tone that sits between soft ochre and subdued green rather than bright sunflower yellow. Its understated plain weave is enlivened by delicate slubs and tonal shifts visible across the surface. With a 35,000 Martindale rub test, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. It must not be washed, bleached or ironed, and requires professional dry cleaning.

How to use it

Use this mellow leaf-yellow as a light-giving curtain fabric, or bring its softly earthy warmth to an upholstered chair, headboard or bedspread. It pairs naturally with chalky neutrals, warm woods and muted olive accents.
