Stanton Linen Soft Blue has a pale, cool blue surface with the softly irregular character of natural linen. Fine vertical slubbing and gentle tonal variation give the plain weave quiet depth.

About this fabric

Woven from 100% linen, this 140 cm (55") fabric has a fine, lightly striated texture rather than a printed motif. The soft blue colour reads muted and airy, with the weave catching the light in slightly paler and deeper threads across the surface. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads, with a 35,000 Martindale rub test. Care instructions specify professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use this cool, pale blue on relaxed upholstery or full-length curtains where its natural slub can soften a room without adding a strong pattern. It works especially well with chalky whites, warm timber and other quiet blue-grey tones.
