About this fabric

This linen-rich fabric is composed of 76% linen, 17% viscose, 4% spun polyester, 2% cotton and 1% nylon. Its 123 cm width carries a botanical repeat measuring 38 cm vertically by 41 cm horizontally, with each muted blue-grey spray set clearly against the pale cream background. The cool, slightly faded blue tone gives the design an airy, composed character rather than a strongly saturated look. It is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery; professional dry cleaning is required, and it must not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use Sea Aster Blue at a window to let its pale ground and cool foliage read softly in daylight, or on a fixed seat where the vertical sprays add gentle height without overwhelming the room. It works especially well with chalky creams, weathered blue-greys and natural timber.
