Bowhill Blue has a cool, softened blue-grey ground covered with closely spaced ivory stems, curling leaves and small flowering heads. The pale motif gives the colourway a light, quietly defined appearance rather than a high-contrast effect.

About this fabric

The compact botanical repeat is formed from fine climbing stems, scrolling foliage and small cream-to-ivory flowers, creating a delicate all-over surface. This fabric is 132 cm (51.86") wide, with a 39 cm (15.32") vertical repeat and a 33 cm (12.96") horizontal repeat. Its composition is 67% Linen, 28% Viscose and 5% Polyester, and the supplied usage is Curtains and Bedspreads. It must not be washed, bleached or ironed and requires professional dry cleaning.

How to use it

Use the blue-grey ground for relaxed, cool-toned curtains in a bedroom or sitting room, where the ivory foliage can sit alongside chalky whites and pale natural woods. The repeating floral scale also makes it effective on a bedspread without overwhelming the room.
