About this fabric

Woven from 100% linen, this 140cm-wide cloth has a lightly slubbed, tactile surface that gives the ochre colour quiet depth. The fine weave catches the light unevenly, creating gentle shifts between honey, amber and muted mustard across the face. A 35,000 Martindale rub test makes it suitable for both loose and fixed upholstery, as well as curtains and bedspreads. Care is professional dry cleaning only: do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use the warm golden ochre on a relaxed armchair, loose cover or bedspread, where its natural linen texture can soften darker timber and neutral rooms. As curtains, it brings a mellow amber glow without the high saturation of a clear yellow.

A warm ochre linen with an understated slub texture, suitable for relaxed upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
