About this fabric

The close-up shows an ochre-gold ground with subtle tonal variation and slender vertical slubs running through the weave. Woven from 65% cotton and 35% jute, it has a gently tactile appearance that suits the earthy warmth of this colourway. At 134 cm wide, it is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Its 25,000 Martindale rub test supports practical upholstery use, while the warm shade brings depth without introducing a strong pattern.

How to use it

Use Cubby Ochre on a relaxed armchair, bench or upholstered headboard, where its warm golden tone can sit comfortably with timber, natural fibres and muted neutrals. It also works as a softly textured curtain or bedspread fabric when a room needs more warmth without a busy motif.
