About this fabric

This woven fabric has a small-scale zigzag motif, with a 6 cm vertical repeat and an 11.5 cm horizontal repeat. It is made from 53% Cotton, 20% Viscose, 16% Polyester, 10% Linen and 1% Nylon, with a 138 cm width. Rated at 29,000 Martindale, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The ochre reads warm and gently muted against the cream ground, while the woven yarns add fine tonal variation rather than a flat block of colour.

How to use it

Use the golden ochre tone to warm a neutral sitting room as an upholstered chair, sofa detail or relaxed curtain. Its cream flecks and compact chevron work especially well with natural wood, linen-look neutrals and softly contrasting taupes.

A warm, finely woven chevron that brings subtle pattern and golden depth to upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Campden Ochre without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
