Kapisi Ochre
East To West FabricBP10703.2
Kapisi Ochre combines warm ochre and sandy linen tones in a finely detailed vertical stripe. Narrow geometric bands sit alongside softer woven lines, giving the surface a measured, textural rhythm.

About this fabric
Made from 100% linen, this 146 cm wide fabric is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The colourway is centred on a muted, golden ochre, softened by cream, flax and pale grey-beige threads rather than a bright yellow tone. Its vertical arrangement mixes slim plain lines with small geometric motifs, while the linen weave gives the stripes a gently irregular, tactile appearance. The pattern repeats every 13 cm vertically and 36.5 cm horizontally, allowing the design to retain its stripe-led structure across larger applications.
How to use it
Use the warm ochre ground to add quiet golden depth to a neutral sitting room, either on a tailored chair or sofa with curtains in a lighter flax tone. The vertical stripe also suits a headboard or bedspread where its fine geometric bands can be viewed up close.
A warm, architectural stripe that brings ochre depth and textural definition to upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Kapisi Ochre without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
