Daisy Check Olive
Essential Colour III - Colour FabricBF11205.1
Daisy Check Olive reads as a muted olive-khaki cloth with a fine, evenly spaced check visible across the surface. Its small-scale weave has a softly textured appearance rather than a bold graphic contrast.

About this fabric
This 140 cm (55") fabric combines 47% viscose, 30% cotton, 18% linen and 5% polyester. The olive-khaki ground is punctuated by closely spaced darker threads, forming a neat check with a 2 cm vertical repeat and 1.5 cm horizontal repeat. With a 30,000 Martindale rub test, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. After care is professional dry cleaning only: do not wash, bleach or iron.
How to use it
Use the softened olive tone on a relaxed occasional chair, headboard or loose cover, where the tiny check adds depth without dominating the room. It also works as a coordinated curtain or bedspread fabric alongside warm neutrals, natural wood and deeper olive accents.
The tiny olive check brings a quietly tailored character to upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Daisy Check Olive without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
