Tetbury Velvet VelvetBF11156.796
Tetbury Velvet Spruce is a deep, almost woodland green velvet with a softly brushed surface. Its plain face lets the nap create subtle shifts between shadowed olive-green and clearer spruce tones.

About this fabric
This plain velvet has a rich spruce-green colour that reads dark and grounded, while the short pile catches the light in gently varied vertical patches across the swatch. It is made from 92% cotton and 8% polyester, with a width of 140 cm (55 inches). A 50,000 Martindale rub test supports its use for fixed upholstery, loose upholstery and bedspreads, while it is also specified for curtains. Care requires professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.
How to use it
Use this deep spruce velvet on a statement armchair, sofa or headboard to introduce enveloping green without a patterned surface. It also brings a quiet, shaded richness to full-length curtains or coordinated bedspreads.
The deep spruce tone and softly shifting velvet nap bring rich, understated depth to upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Pairs well with
Tetbury Velvet Spruce is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
