About this fabric

Made from 92% cotton and 8% polyester, this 140 cm-wide velvet has a substantial, softly brushed appearance suited to both upholstery and drapery. The Dove colour sits between cool grey and warm taupe, giving the surface a restrained, earthy depth rather than a bright silver tone. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads, with a 50,000 Martindale rub test. Care requires professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.

How to use it

Use this muted taupe-grey on a sofa, headboard or relaxed curtain to create a softly tonal foundation. Pair its low-key depth with chalky creams, weathered timber and cooler grey accents.
