About this fabric

The Atlantic colourway reads as a softened blue with a slight blue-grey cast, giving the cloth a calm depth rather than a bright or saturated finish. Its close plain weave creates delicate vertical texture and gentle shifts in tone as the surface catches the light. At 198 gsm and 153 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight for both upholstery and drapery. The specification records 48.5 threads per centimetre, while the plain construction has a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat.

How to use it

Use this cool Atlantic blue on an occasional chair, headboard or relaxed curtain, balancing its blue-grey depth with warm ivory, pale oak or soft stone. The restrained plain texture also suits layered schemes where colour comes from cushions, rugs or painted walls.

Pair the cool Atlantic blue with pale timber, chalky neutrals or brushed metal for a calm, tailored interior.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
