About this fabric

The near-black background makes the large ivory blooms appear especially luminous, while the dense gold-brown centres add a warm, finely detailed focal point. Deep fig-green leaves, picked out with pale vein markings, bring a saturated botanical contrast to the monochrome flowers. This wallpaper has a 68.6 cm usable width and a 64 cm vertical pattern repeat, with no horizontal repeat specified. It is supplied in a 10.05 m standard length and weighs 146 gsm.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a feature wall in a dining room, bedroom or snug, allowing the charcoal-black ground to frame lighter furniture. Repeat the fig green in painted joinery or cushions, and use aged brass to echo the warm flower centres.

Pair the near-black ground with warm timber, ivory upholstery and brass accents to draw out the peony centres.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
