Fleur de Joie Paprika/Aqua

Fleur de Joie Paprika/Aqua brings a cool, pale aqua ground to life with curling blue-green stems and warm paprika, peach and terracotta flower heads. The open floral arrangement feels airy, while the warm blooms give the colourway distinctive depth.

About this fabric

The design is filled with medium-scale trailing stems, small leaves and loosely sketched blossoms in paprika, terracotta and soft peach, all set against a light aqua background. At 218 gsm and 139 cm usable width, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. Its pattern repeats every 62.3 cm vertically and 139 cm horizontally, allowing the scattered botanical layout to flow across a wider panel. The specification lists 38 threads per cm, while the image shows the crisp, finely drawn character of the floral detail.

How to use it

Use this colourway for relaxed curtains, Roman blinds or occasional upholstery where the pale aqua can brighten the room without feeling stark. Repeat the paprika blooms in cushions, ceramics or painted furniture, and balance them with warm timber and cream upholstery.

Pair the cool aqua ground with warm wood, natural linen and paprika accents for a fresh, collected interior.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Fleur de Joie Paprika/Aqua without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
