Tranquil Sheer Sky/Chalk

Sheers 1 FabricHAF0045-05

Tranquil Sheer Sky/Chalk appears as a luminous, translucent curtain that moves from chalky white at the top into a cool sky blue and deeper blue at the hem. In the window light, the colour shift remains soft and atmospheric rather than sharply patterned.

About this fabric

This sheer colourway has a clean, open appearance, with pale chalk and icy blue at the upper section gradually deepening into a more saturated blue near the bottom. The fine surface allows daylight to show through the cloth, while the darker lower area gives the hanging length added visual depth. At 119 gsm, it is a light fabric suited to flowing window treatments rather than hard-wearing upholstery. Its 285.5 cm usable width, 30 m standard length and zero vertical and horizontal pattern repeat make it practical for tall, continuous curtains.

How to use it

Use Sky/Chalk at a full-height window where its cool blue gradient can echo open sky, pale timber and white-painted walls. Let the deeper blue settle near the floor for a gently grounded finish while keeping the upper room light.

Use this cool sky-to-deep-blue sheer to bring filtered colour and gentle movement to full-length windows.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
