About this fabric

This substantial 450gsm fabric has a dense woven handle, with 53 threads per centimetre contributing to the finely articulated surface. The blue-grey tone reads muted and slightly mineral rather than bright, while the ivory lines bring definition to each narrow chevron. With a 2cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, the motif remains small and even across an upholstered form. The fabric has a 140cm usable width.

How to use it

Use Kirikai Ocean on a tailored armchair, dining seat or sofa where its cool blue-grey tone can sit comfortably with chalky whites, pale timber and brushed metal. The fine ivory chevron adds pattern without overwhelming a calm, contemporary scheme.
