Tranquil Sheer Slate/Aqua

Sheers 1 FabricHAF0045-06

Tranquil Sheer Slate/Aqua moves from a near-white upper ground through cool aqua to a deep slate-blue hem. In the photographed window, its translucent surface allows daylight to soften the layered colour transition.

About this fabric

This fine sheer has a fluid, lightly textured appearance, with the strongest depth concentrated in the dark slate-blue lower section and a clearer aqua centre. At 119 gsm, it is suited to the light, flowing curtain treatment shown rather than hard-wearing upholstery. The usable width is 285.5 cm, giving the fabric a generous drop across a window. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are 0 cm, so the graduated colour field can be arranged without matching a repeating motif.

How to use it

Use it as full-height window dressing where the pale upper section can filter daylight while the slate-blue lower portion adds visual weight. Pair the cool aqua and blue tones with the warm camel upholstery shown for a balanced, contemporary room.

Use this lightweight ombré sheer to bring cool slate and aqua tones into a bright, airy window scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
