Ribbon Sheer Onyx

Sheers 1 FabricHAF0017-01

Ribbon Sheer Onyx presents a dense, interlocking black ribbon lattice over a softly translucent ground. Its deep onyx tone lets the open geometric structure read with graphic clarity while light remains visible through the cloth.

About this fabric

The fine lattice is built from crossing arches and angled ribbon lines, creating a compact geometric texture across the swatch. In this Onyx colourway, the near-black surface has a cool, dramatic depth, while the open areas reveal the lighter ground beneath. At 218 gsm and 304 cm wide, it is particularly suited to generous curtain drops and broad window treatments. The vertical pattern repeat is 5 cm, with a 0 cm horizontal repeat for a continuous side-to-side layout; the standard length is 30 m.

How to use it

Use it for full-height curtains in a monochrome room where the deep onyx grid can add pattern without introducing another colour. Layer it over a pale lining or neutral sheer to emphasise the contrast between the black ribbon and its translucent openings.

Use this open black lattice as a dramatic sheer for full-height curtains or layered window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
