About this fabric

This colourway sits firmly in deep ebony black, with a cool, shadowy tone that softens slightly where the weave catches the light. The visible texture is low-profile and nubby, giving the plain a tactile, contract-ready look without any strong sheen. Woven in 100% polyester, it is specified for contract use and offers a 40,000 Martindale, making it suitable for hard-working upholstery schemes. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available on request, and should be professionally dry cleaned in situ.

How to use it

Use Bohemian Ebony on streamlined seating, banquettes or headboards where you want a crisp black anchor with a little texture. It pairs well with pale timber, brass and stone tones to keep the room feeling sharp rather than flat.
