About this fabric

The woven surface is visibly structured, with slim coloured bands meeting at dark midnight junctions to form a repeated maze-like pattern. Its 400 gsm weight and 44 threads per cm give this textile a substantial, closely made specification suited to upholstery-led use. The pattern repeats every 58 cm vertically and 65 cm horizontally, allowing the interlocking geometry to remain clearly legible across a larger upholstered surface. Warm rust and cinnamon tones dominate the cooler blue and midnight details, while the cream background keeps the overall colourway light rather than sombre.

How to use it

Use it on a structured armchair, bench or headboard where the cream ground can brighten the form while terracotta and spice echo timber, leather or warm painted finishes. Midnight details provide a sharp link to charcoal, ink-blue or black accents.

Use the warm cream ground and terracotta accents to bring definition to tailored upholstery, with midnight lines adding crisp contrast.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
