About this fabric

This 710gsm fabric has a 137cm usable width, making its dense woven structure particularly suited to upholstery. Repeating wave-like bands and cloud or floral-shaped forms create a large-scale pattern, with a vertical repeat of 65.5cm and horizontal repeat of 68cm. Pale blue and cool grey provide the visual ground, while terracotta, muted sage, ochre and cream motifs add warmth without overpowering the cooler tones. With 95 threads per centimetre, the surface reads as finely constructed and tactile in the close-up image.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a statement armchair, headboard or sofa where the pale blue and grey ground can soften the room while terracotta details connect with warm timber, leather or painted accents. Keep surrounding textiles relatively quiet so the large wave-and-scroll repeat remains the focal point.

A richly coloured heavy weave for statement upholstery, balancing pale blue movement with warm terracotta accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
