About this fabric

This weighty 783gsm textile has a dense construction of 108 threads per centimetre, giving the surface substantial visual and physical depth. The 141cm usable width makes it well suited to upholstered furniture and larger seating applications. An irregular abstract repeat measures 25cm vertically by 34cm horizontally, with mottled coral, dusky pink, teal and charcoal marks distributed across the cloth. In this colourway, the warm pink-coral base is softened by chalky highlights and sharpened by cool blue-green accents, creating a layered, energetic finish.

How to use it

Use Derain Grounded/Sky on a statement armchair, sofa or dining seat where its coral-pink warmth can be balanced with teal, charcoal, aged timber and pale neutral walls. The small-scale broken repeat adds texture without overwhelming a room already using patterned accessories.
