About this fabric

This substantial 640gsm woven fabric is suited to upholstery, with a 142cm usable width for covering larger pieces efficiently. The design is built from irregular, tightly packed zigzag bands, softened by painterly edges and subtle variation across the weave rather than crisp printed lines. Deep wine-burgundy and charcoal provide a grounded base, while dusty blush, muted blue-grey and sandy beige bring warmth and lift. The 112cm vertical and 72cm horizontal pattern repeats make the directional geometry an important part of placement.

How to use it

Use the burgundy depth on a lounge chair, sofa or headboard, then echo the dusty blush and sandy beige with plain cushions and timber tones. Pale blue-grey accents will draw out the cooler threads without competing with the energetic zigzag rhythm.

Use this weighty woven zigzag for statement upholstery, balancing its burgundy depth with warm neutrals and pale blue-grey accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
