About this fabric

This iliv velvet is woven in 54% viscose and 46% polyester, giving the surface a supple handle with the depth expected from a decorative upholstery cloth. It has a usable width of 138cm and a severe contract upholstery grade, with a 100,000 Martindale rating and FR treatment available for both drapery and upholstery. In this colourway the interlocking rings come through as muted olive rather than bright green, so the pattern feels grounded and slightly earthy. The flat background keeps the look lighter and more open, while the pile picks up subtle tonal variation as it moves across the light.

How to use it

Use this olive-on-natural palette on an accent chair, banquette or tailored curtains where the graphic loops can be seen clearly. It works especially well with oak, linen and bronze finishes, which echo the colour's warm, understated depth.

Use with warm neutrals and dark timber to let the olive links stand out.
