Portland Newport Willow Flat is a fresh striped cotton with a restrained sage-olive accent on a pale ground. The narrow vertical bands give it a calm, tailored rhythm without feeling heavy.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a usable width of 137cm and a 35cm horizontal pattern repeat, making the stripe easy to plan on both furniture and soft furnishings. The visible colourway pairs a warm off-white ground with slim, softly muted olive-sage stripes, so the overall effect is light, airy and neatly ordered. With a Heavy Domestic upholstery grade and a 30,000 Martindale result, it is well suited to everyday seating as well as drapery and accessories. Colour fastness is rated 5 and pilling 4, and it can be treated for FR drapery and upholstery if required.

How to use it

Its pale ground and muted green stripe work beautifully in rooms that need structure without contrast, especially with natural oak, chalky paint and simple upholstery shapes. Use it for relaxed blinds, tailored curtains or a classic armchair to bring in a subtle botanical note.
