About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric has a smooth, closely woven handle and a clear 35cm horizontal repeat, with the stripe running vertically across the cloth. The bright rouge red reads clean and saturated against the white ground, creating strong contrast without looking overly heavy. With a 137cm usable width and a 30,000 Martindale rub count, it is specified for accessories, drapery and upholstery, and sits comfortably in a heavy domestic category. It is also treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, making it a practical choice where a decorative stripe needs real everyday performance.

How to use it

Use this rouge stripe to sharpen a relaxed interior with painted timber, pale oak or crisp white finishes. It works especially well on upholstery or full-length curtains where the vertical line can add height and a lively tailored edge.
